Prof. Yuli Yang, Soochow University

Yuli Yang received her Ph.D. degree in Communications & Information Systems from Peking University.  She is a Professor in the School of Electronic & Information Engineering with Soochow University. Before joining Soochow University, she was with the University of Essex, the University of Lincoln, the University of Chester, Meliksah University, and King Abdullah University of Science & Technology, on various academic positions.  Her industry experience includes working as a Research Scientist with Bell Labs Shanghai and a Research Intern with Huawei Technologies. Her research interests include modelling, design, analysis, and optimisation of wireless systems and networks, specifically in physical-layer security, permutation-based modulation/transmission, and ultrareliable low-latency communications.
